I am currently a Temporary Teaching and Research Assistant (ATER, Attaché Temporaire d’Enseignement et de Recherche) at the University of Toulouse (2024–2025). I am affiliated with the Institut de Mathématiques de Toulouse (IMT) and the Department of Mathematics at the Faculty of Science and Engineering (FSI), where I contribute to the teaching of statistics and machine learning at both the undergraduate and master’s levels.
I obtained my PhD in Applied Mathematics in 2024 on the topic “Post-selection inference for transcriptomic data analysis”, under the supervision of Cathy Maugis-Rabusseau and Pierre Neuvial at IMT. My doctoral research was funded by CNRS (the French National Centre for Scientific Research) through the CNRS 80 PRIME project DDisc. My work focused on two main themes: (i) the application of post hoc inference methods for differential expression analysis of transcriptomic data (microarrays and bulk RNA-seq), and (ii) the analysis of post-clustering inference methods, motivated by the identification of marker genes in single-cell RNA-seq data. My PhD dissertation is available at link.
