I am a PhD student of Pierre Neuvial and Cathy Maugis-Rabusseau at the CNRS (the French National Centre for Scientific Research) in the lab Toulouse Institute of Mathematics. I work on developing statistical methods with applications in genomics (scRNAseq) and beyond.

Research interests

  • Post hoc/ post selection inference
  • Post-clustering inference
  • Clustering methods
  • Performance evaluation of statistical methods
  • Single-cell RNAsequencing analyses

Projects

  • CNRS 80 PRIME project DDisc : Double dipping in single-cell RNAseq analyses
  • ANR project SansSouci : Post hoc inference via multiple testing

Collective implications

  • Member of the “Journée Statistique du Sud 2024” organising committee.
  • Participation in scientific popularization actions “Déclics” and “Bus’math”
