My work focused on two main themes: (i) the application of post hoc inference methods for differential expression analysis of transcriptomic data (microarrays and bulk RNA-seq), and (ii) the analysis of post-clustering inference methods, motivated by the identification of marker genes in single-cell RNA-seq data.
